In badastronomy and Universe Today, they made a report about a gamma ray burst that went directly to Earth earlier this year. Gamma ray bursts are basically beams of high energy light created by a supernova that creates a black hole. That is incredible! According to data, the beam is just 0.4 degrees wide, and if it would have gone just a liiitttlleee further away, it would have been much less luminous as astronomers saw earlier this year. Oh, and get ready for this part: it was 7.5 billions of light years away! Not only that, it was bright enough to be seen with the naked eye! And I must stop using so many exclamat!on po!nts!!!11 Anyways, a must read.
